Reed’s General Merchandise’s policies will be as follows:

Reed’s General Merchandise reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or company. We reserve the right to deny any item at any time that is presented to us to sell. We also reserve the right to remove any item from our marketing net without notification, cause and without refund.
Reed’s General Merchandise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Reed’s General Merchandise reserves the right to deny our insurance policy to any of our customers and also reserves the right to adjust any claim made as we see fit.
Reed’s General Merchandise’s staff has sole discretion as to what items are appropriate to be displayed to the public.
Items left in our possession for longer than 30 days after the ending date of the listing, will become the property of Reed’s General Merchandise, regardless if the item was sold and/or unclaimed.
Failure to pay fees assessed by Reed’s General Merchandise will result in the forfeiture of the item the fees were assessed against.
Any attempt to remove any item from Reed’s General Merchandise’s possession without proper notice will be considered theft and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No item prohibited by law will be accepted.
Accepted methods of payment: We will accept cash (in person), PayPal and personal checks with Government I.D. or with a 10-day hold for the check to clear.
Shipping time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment’s location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
Shipping methods: Merchandise will be shipped using ground service or United States Postal Service (USPS) where possible. In addition some items may ship directly from the manufacturer to the customers.
Our return policy: You must contact us within seven days of receiving the item and any approved returns must be accompanied by our return authorization number. Note: Sellers will not receive their payment until the return period has expired.
Knife laws: Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.
Damaged shipments: Shipments damaged from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left; keep all the packing material and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers’ defects: If a product appears to have a manufactures’ defect, email us for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect; you must first receive a return authorization number. No packages will be accepted without a return authorization number written clearly on the package.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of Reed’s General Merchandise’s error.
